Launch review: This initial website draft should be reviewed and approved by Sweet Serengeti Safari Ranch before the final public launch.
Effective date: September 15, 2026
Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Sweet Serengeti Safari Ranch, its lodging, amenities, animals and experiences. Information may be updated as the ranch confirms details.
Inquiries Are Not Bookings
Submitting a stay or day-pass inquiry does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, charge a payment method or form a binding lodging agreement. A booking exists only after Sweet Serengeti reviews and approves the request and the guest completes the separate confirmation and payment process provided by the ranch.
Rates and Taxes
Displayed rates are starting rates only. Taxes are calculated after booking. All currently listed lodging requires a two-night minimum stay. Final pricing, fees and details are confirmed directly by the ranch.
Accuracy and Availability
The ranch works to keep website information accurate but does not promise that every date, accommodation, animal experience, amenity or special is available. Availability is manually reviewed. Missing policies or details are not supplied or implied by this website.
Guest Policies
Reservation, payment, cancellation, refund, property, animal-interaction and other guest policies are provided separately by the ranch before or during the booking process. Nothing on this website creates a cancellation or refund policy that has not been separately confirmed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or harmful information, interfere with website operation or use website content in violation of applicable law.
Third-Party Links
The website may link to mapping, social media or other third-party services. Sweet Serengeti does not control those services or their separate terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, layout and media owned or licensed by Sweet Serengeti may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
