Information We Collect
When you submit a stay, day-pass or contact inquiry, the website may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, guest details, lodging interest, pet count, special requests and other information you choose to provide.
How Information Is Used
Sweet Serengeti Safari Ranch uses submitted information to review your request, contact you, discuss availability and next steps, maintain inquiry records, provide requested services and support website security and operations.
Guest Reviews
When you submit a review, we collect your public display name, email address, rating, review text and permission to publish. Your email is kept in the private owner dashboard. Approved reviews show your display name, rating and review, and may include a public reply from the ranch. Pending and declined reviews are not displayed publicly. Reviews originally shared on Airbnb are identified by source. Contact the ranch if you would like your website review corrected or removed.
